This deal knocks $450 off its listed $1,300 price. We checked its price history on Keepa and its average over the last 90 days was $1,215, making this a solid deal that’s hard to ignore. CNET expert Ajay Kumar tested the PowerDetect UV Reveal in our labs, gave it a good 7.9 score and listed it as the best vacuum for hidden stain removal. According to Ajay, the Shark PowerDetect UV Reveal is a great option for families dealing with invisible spills or stains on a mix of flooring. 

Have you ever spilled something, given it a quick wipe and hoped for the best? The PowerDetect’s UV Reveal doesn’t fall for that trick. It spots dried-on stains that are easy to miss by illuminating the area with UV light, while HyperSonic mopping tackles stubborn spots, giving your floor more than just a wet nudge. 

Ajay also says that the vacuum has excellent room coverage and object avoidance. While testing, he noted that “this robot vacuum goes over surfaces at a slower pace,” which is ideal for debris extraction.

The NeverTouch Pro Base empties, rinses, washes and dries the mop, giving you up to a month of hands-free cleaning. The base station also comes with a built-in odor neutralizer cartridge, an addition that earned praise in our review. 

Ajay, however, cautions that pet owners with heavily carpeted homes should skip this model, as “the carpet pieces had a significant amount of hair left and looked pushed around instead of extracted.” Also, the setup process is somewhat clunky.
